Don't like the raised rivets
I had, what I thought, was the exact same purse in another color. This one has raised rivets that I don't like at all. Sadly, I am returning it.

too stiff
Overall I liked the size and shape of the bag but the problem was the leather is very stiff. Made it a bit hard to unzip. The leather strap wouldn't bend so it wasn't comfortable to wear on your shoulder. Decided to return it.
