Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience! I ordered three of these totes in different colors. The version I received was different with much less pockets. It only had three pockets inside instead of eight. They keep showing the version with eight pockets inside, but that’s not what you receive. When I tried to contact Customer Service, they were totally unavailable and never responded to my emails either. The reviews section on their Facebook site are all scammers. Basically, Michael Kors has no customer service so if you order something, expect not to be able to get in touch with them. I wasn’t able to return the other two purses so I’m stuck with them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty practical tote Love this bag. I got it in black with tan handles. This is probably the most practical MK tote I ever had. Unique handles, sturdy, 4 feet, lots of pockets inside out, still big room inside the bag. Nice pebble leather.
