She normally wears a 7.5W and I got the 8. She mentioned that at first they felt tight across the top of her foot but stated it felt like it was something she could grow into. She loves the design style as they are classy but truly functional with jeans or casual dining. These boots can be dressed up or down depending on occasion. She did mention that the arch does not have a lot of support and she would not probably wear them if she had to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
