Rated 2 out of 5 by Jess from Do not monogram. Hope you get your strap. I was very excited for this bag but was let down. The monogram turned out to be a sparkly color. It takes the bag from elegant to tacky quite fast. The second disappointment was the missing shoulder strap. After many emails to customer service I kept getting a generic response that they could not send a strap but could offer me a refund or a discount back. The discount would not even cover the price of a knock-off strap, or the nylon one they sell on their site. Overall a disappointing experience that took away from the excitement of a new bag.
