Zipper is not functional
The shoes are actually quite comfortable considering the height of the heel and functionality easy to walk in. I gave it 3 stars because I was disappointed that the zipper was not usable. I was under the impression I would be able to put them on very easy and take off very easy using the zipper. However you need to use the tiny buckle on the ankle strap. I have a few pairs of MK heels and love them all very much. Heels with tiny buckles in general are annoying and as such I don't typically buy them.

Beautiful sexy shoe that’s not made for walking
It’s a VERY high heel. I was on my tippy tippy toes so I had to return it because I want to actually wear my shoes. It’s a sexy shoe but definitely not made for walking.
