Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely bag, BUT I bought this purse a month ago. It is lovely. I chose it in 'light sand', available at the time. The picture online showed the purse in a light sand color, with gold hardware. The purse I received was in a much darker colour, "dark' sand with silver hardware. True, the description did mention silver hardware, so my bad for not looking more carefully at that. However, the colour was significantly darker than shown on the website. I expected and wanted the light colour to go with a specific dress. I am keeping the purse because it is pretty, but am not happy that expectations on colour and hardware were not met.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading product’s images It does not even deserve 1 star. Got the wrong bag twice, even after I talked to an agent and he made sure I would get the right bag as it was a gift, I still got the wrong bag second time. The pictures on the website are misleading. I can not believe it happened not once but twice with a big company like this. Never buy anything from the website again. Horrible!!!
