Very comfortable. My only note is that the zipper is on the outside, which takes some getting used to as all my other Michael Kors boots have the zipper on the inside.

Not true to size
The boots are not true to size - they fit large. They are too big for me and these MK boots do not come in a 6.5 so I could not exchange.
