Horrible Service!!!
I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0 star. I ordered 11 items and out of the 11, 2 was cancelled (although 1 of the cancelled items was actually available after they cancelled it on me and I know about this because it was still on the website), 2 was received and remaining 7 were never delivered to me. According to the shipping company, UPS, my parcel was damaged and UPS refused to release them to me and asked me to reach out to MK. I called MK and spent about 1.5 hrs on the phone with them (via 2 calls because I was hang up by MK rep during the 1st call after waiting for an hr). MK said someone would reach out to me to deal with the 7 items I did not get within 3-5 business days, NO ONE reached out me. I will have to call the credit card company to have the charge reversed. Given their service, no wonder MK is no longer popular.
