I got this bag in the black color. It's great and all, but it was obviously a returned item. The wrappings to protect the bag were missing, the dust bag was missing and the bag had hand stains and other stains. I had to disinfect the bag, I got $18.41 for the missing dust bag. I love the bag, so that's why I kept it.
