Rated 3 out of 5 by Unhappy from careless finish I bought the red one. Although the shoe is beautiful, it arrived poorly finished, with a lot of glue marks. I bought it online and picked it up at the Metrotown Mall store in Burnaby, BC. The store didn’t have another one to exchange, so I kept the shoe. At first, I noticed glue stuck on the fabric part. The salesperson tried to remove it and gave me back the shoe damp. Fine. But when I got home, in daylight, I saw many shadowy marks around the sole. How did this pass quality control? I wasn’t expecting such a messy and careless finish from Michael Kors. I would like to exchange it, but only with the guarantee that I will receive something acceptable – not another shoe that didn’t pass quality control but was considered acceptable for sale in clearance.
