Delivery is 1 star I just received my package and unfortunately, since the bag was only packed in a bubble envelope, Canada Post personnel just shoved it in my mail-box even though this is supposed to be delivered to my door. I never even received a notification that it was on its way even though I've signed up for notification both in mobile and email. This is not the first time Canada Post have done this. It's very annoying and such bad service. If only I didn't need this bag I would return it cuz before I even started to use the bag it already looked like it has been used. I sprayed it with protective leather spray maybe this will undo the damaged wrinkled by Canada Post. Perhaps, MK should start putting their items in boxes to avoid this type of delivery again. I know it is more garbage, but it is better customer service - not to receive an Item in this condition. Bag is 4 stars. It is exactly the size I was looking for, I wouldn't actually say this is large, I would say more in a med to small range. This same bag comes in a small, however, I think if you order the small it will be more like XS. So, if you need a little extra room I would recommend LARGE...this will be perfect for Travel it fits everything from a small wallet and passport case and other essentials. I would also agree from other reviews that I've seen that the metal strap is very noisy and a bit heavy, so I've replaced it with my Steve Madden dupe Prada nylon metal strap. So, Overall this bag is exactly what I was looking for. It's leather and very light and can be dress up or down on an evening out. It's truly perfect for the kind of use I was looking for especially for travel. I love it so much that I will consider the brown colour but - perhaps next time I will just have to go in the store/outlet. I hope this reviews help you to decide. However, I definitely don't love Canada Post delivery.
