Band not covered by warranty
I got this as a gift for Valentine’s Day. The lug nut holding the band fell out and it’s not covered by warranty. I can’t find a replacement piece anywhere! My husband spent so much money and I could only wear it for a month

Worst Packing and Feels like Used Product
Spending a huge amount on such a great product and brand with high expectations and receiving the product in a bad packing without any tags in the watch is a huge disappointment.

It is nice
I bought this a few months ago, and have had many guess watches which seem to be better made for half the price. The guess watches are a little heavier, and the glass faces never chip. Where as this MK watch was light like there wasn't much to it, and in the first month I chipped the glass face somehow. Also the pave cyslals weren't as sparkly as I had thought they should be. All in all I'm buying a gold guess watch next!
