Worst experience ever. Avoid MK online.
Worst online shopping experience ever, I have had better customer support and better service from Temu and Shein, which is setting the bar seriously low.
They sold me a purse they did not have in stock to sell. They then waited a week to cancel the order, on Christmas Eve, making it literally impossible for the gift to be replaced. I was ok with showing my sister a photo of the gift and it coming a few days later, but they left my sister with nothing under the tree.l and I had to wait a week for a refund, which is ridiculous considering they listed an unavailable item as available and took payment for it.
The customer support was useless, only providing vague and generic canned responses that did not apply to my situation at all and they made the brand look really bad.
My sister got a gift a few days late, it was a gorgeous COACH bag that she adores, and is much better quality than the Michael Kors bag that was next to it at the department store.
My review, don't bother buying from MK if you want your item you pay for and any sort of customer support.
