Rated 1 out of 5 by Rose8 from Beware I’ve been a loyal Michael Kors customer for years, but this is by far the worst purse I’ve ever purchased from the brand. The leather quality is shockingly poor. I bought it in black, and within less than a year, it faded to grey. When I reached out to customer service, they dismissed it as 'normal wear.' I expected much better quality and durability for MK leather goods. Extremely disappointed!

But they refused to solve the problem, the service is very bad! I will not buy from them again! and I advise others to be careful!
