Great sachel, easy to see everything at 1st glance. Comfortable pulls in the inside zippers , good size pockets.
Wish the crossbody strap was a little thicker for tje size of the sachel, otherwise amazing learher product!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I paid for the rescheduling delivery fee but the courier still delivered the package earlier than the date I requested while I was out of the country so the package was lost. Customer service said they are not responsible for it and can’t do anything about it. Did not even try to help at all.
