Happy with my purchase
The bag (I got it in black) is exactly as pictured! It comes with a removable chain at the front zipper, two slip pockets and a zipped compartment on the outside, and two slip pockets in the inside. One of the slip pockets inside is even padded! The pockets are big enough to hold my android phone comfortably. However, if I put too many things in the bag, I have a hard time getting things out from the zipped compartment in the front. Other than that, everything is good!

Items never received
I never received them and when i called customer support they just said that is marked as delivered on their end while there was nothing at my door when i came back home the next day. Yes there was a proof of delivery but usually expensive items are never placed at doors especially in apartment buildings. Usually a phone call from the courier should occur before delivery or they can just place a sticker notifying me that they attempted to deliver but i wasn’t there and also stating where i can pick the items from. Noting also that i never buzzed anyone in that day.
