Good product, terrible shipping service.
Product is good. It doesn’t have a lot of pockets but I adore it as such and this is gonna be my new work bag.
Now, the shipping thing was terrible. I wanted it delivered to my home. It got delivered to some local UPS pickup point. It wasn’t a UPS store but a point called S-mart. This place is closed at the best times and open only during regular office hours, so when do I pick up?
I got there somehow and the lady there was so bad at service, yelled at me like I am a subordinate or something. Why, coz maybe she wanted to. Worst experience receiving a package.
What’s even bad, I was not informed that my package is being delivered there or has been delivered. I got an email that ‘Be excited, your package arrives tomorrow.’ I was like cool, I checked address again to be sure and was going around my day as such. Then my package did not arrive for few days and I was like ooh what happened and I tracked it and then I got to know that it has been delivered to this S-mart place. And then had to take cabs to and from this place and had to deal with a stupid-tempered “Customer Service Representative”. Could you guys do better at letting people know what’s happening with packages?
Well, I know it’s not MK but their delivery service, but I just wanted a bag delivered to my place, I didn’t want someone to yell at me for something I didn’t want to go through anyways and ruin my whole weekend on a snowy Friday night.
