It comes barely wrapped. The straps are in the bag used no protection wrap at all. None none none. I am so mad. Not even a tag on it. Nothing and it's so awesome when the delivery person just whips it on my front door. So excited about that! So disappointed will not be shopping here again. I've bought at least 25 to 30 40 50 60 bags, shoes, boots. I am so mild
