Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delivered a Returned Item (with Stain!) to me! I was very excited to get this item and it was supposed to be for Christmas gift. However, when it arrived, I noticed a stain, and obviously it was a returned item because there were visible marks around the black dot that the person tried to wash it off, but he was obviously unsuccessful! I tried to complain this and spoke to a couple of customer service, sent 3 emails (with 1-2 weeks part), but ZERO response from email. and the Customer service weren't helpful at all. I also ordered a blue sneakers, it also came with a stain and a bit dirty bottom (another obvious returned item). This is very disappointing as I have high expectations with MK products and customer service. but in both, they failed this time, without any help of making resolutions.
