Totally disappointed!
Ordered this twice, both times after order was confirmed. Days later it ended up being cancelled! Calling customer service was a waste of time! I asked if they could compensate me with perhaps a coupon code, or store voucher like other companies do, but they flat out said no! I have ordered many bags and was very disappointed with the service received.

This was a terrible experience. I waited a long time with no clear updates, and then my order was canceled. Completely unprofessional and very frustrating. Better communication and respect for customers’ time is needed.
The worst part is they are giving you hard time for your refund backš£ very frustrating and disappointing.
