Conversation Piece at its finest!
I bought this bag over a year ago now and I am still using it every day. I am stopped by total strangers almost weekly with compliments on my bag. I am not one to spend money on a purse but while on vacation I decided to treat myself. I decided that if I was going to spend a few hundred dollars on a purse, I wanted a purse that was going to be noticed. This purse delivered and more. This bag delivers great value. Did I mention it also glows in the dark??? Love my bag and looking forward to finding my next conversation piece. Thank you Michael Kors!

Great 80s feel purse
Durable, plenty of room for my MK wallet, phone, keys and charger. I get nothing but compliments on this purse, everywhere i go it catches people's eye. I bought it in white, a good friend has the black, both are lovely!

Bad service and missing pieces
Came missing a strap piece, called tk get it sent out and they want me to go through the peocess of shipping it back for a full refund only. Gave it to a child in the family and I doubt Ill ever shop MK again. The worst service imaginable.

This bag gets compliments.
A stiff material bag that is comfortable to wear, with a decent sized main pocket and additional phone pocket. It's a good daily bag for those who pack fairly light. It's sturdy and looks like it will hold up well to wear ...but only time will tell.
It looks great in person and gets a ton of compliments, probably one of my more popular bags!

Function matters more than form
The designer never used this bag! It looks pretty but functionally it is lacking. The top handle is too stiff and I should have had the ability to flatten against the body when you open the bag up. The clasp on the bag is great. It’s an easy secure closure that works fast and easy. Overall I think MK designs for the looks and doesn’t take functionality into play which is probably why they are not known as a fashion house. Nonfunctional design is not good design no matter how pretty you make it!
