Inaccurate descriptionOdd sizing. Description was d8fferemt than product, missing vest in shipping, customer service agent lack of knowledge as CSR asked to email concerns and response was to return product.

Zipper issueMy issue here is the zipper, when you pull the zipper it somehow eats a portion of the coat make it difficult to zip. They should put some extra allowance next time to avoid it to happen.

Missing vestDid not receive the accompanying vest that was advertised/promised in the product details. Parka is nice and warm but missing items is unacceptable for a brand like Michael Kors.
