Extremely low quality packaging- Bag is ruined
I’m honestly constantly disappointed in the extremely poor packaging every time I place an online order with Michael Kors. Truly Zara takes more care of their orders!
Never a dust bag, never a box, just a brand new expensive bag squished into a plastic bag! Not sure why I’m not allowed to upload pictures but it looks like the bag has been sitting under a brick. Absolutely ridiculous for the price we pay and this NEVER gets addressed. Why is it we cannot receive the same quality if we order online compared to in store? Don’t use the excuse of “we try to limit waste” cause you’re just doing it wrong- SHEIN levels.
