Store staff is not ready to adjust the band size.
After sales service is pathetic. Not ready to adjust the strap even after visiting them 3 times . Finally they did it after seeing the receipt but damaged the strap with a big scratch . This was Toronto premium outlet. Keep asking where did you buy it from as if online purchases are not supported by them. Horrible staff with gross arrogance towards customer. They really need to trained well towards customer service. Didn’t expect this from a brand like Michale Kors
