It is one watch with 3 interchangeable straps. It comes with 2 metal gold straps and 1 leather one. They're dainty and versatile. You can easily pair it with any outfits, which I adore.
The gold hardware seemed a little too big for me, but you can always have the option of adjusting them. I do however like mine a little loose so it'll look like a bracelet.
