This bag is PERFECT!
I adore this bag. It's perfect. It's the perfect size, not too big, but not too small. The handle drop lets you keep it snug under your arm. The interior pockets are very convenient. Also, the interior front pockets have little pockets on them and they're big enough to hold credit or debit cards. Very convenient. The centre zipper is a bit harder to pull, there is more resistance than I expected - however, another lady on YouTube mentioned the same thing with her medium Raven bag, so I think the resistance is intentional. Overall, its a great bag and I'm very happy with it.

Definitely a keeper!
This is a beautiful bag - no doubt about that! The reason for only 4 stars is that I needed a cross body with compartments and this filled the bill. But it is bulky with the handles sticking out when you wear it cross body. I'm still working on a way to sort that out because this bag is a keeper. The compartments are great and I put my wallet in the zipper compartment to keep it safe.
