Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris from I ordered it off the website and it doesn't work I ordered the watch off the michael kors website and got it engraved for a friend as a present. The watch doesn't work though, none of the hands move. The battery is most likely just dead but I have to send it back to them and it's going to take 6 weeks to repair. You would think they would check to make sure the watch actually works before they send it

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from COVID delayed my return The watch is absolutely beautiful and it was given as a gift. But the only problem is there are scratches on the band it was put into its box. Future references I think it would be a good idea to have the band wrapped to prevent this from happening. Especially right now. Its difficult to go to the store and return this. Which I’m still hoping very deeply. One lockdown is lifted I can come in to exchange it.
