Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket Overall nice quality and very cozy yet stylish. Only issue for me is I bought it at 11pm, literally next morning they reduced the price and wouldnt let me price adjust even though in stock and it was a few hours later. Worst is they wasted 30 mins on the phone and them it had sold out. Lesson learned - dont bother to call customer service - just reorder and return. I tried to save the waste of re-shipping but got screwed in the end.
