Only issue for me is I bought it at 11pm, literally next morning they reduced the price and wouldnt let me price adjust even though in stock and it was a few hours later. Worst is they wasted 30 mins on the phone and them it had sold out. Lesson learned - dont bother to call customer service - just reorder and return. I tried to save the waste of re-shipping but got screwed in the end.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great winter coat I bought this lovely super warm coat in size S but I'm small usually in size and I'd like to find a medium size but was sold out everywhere I'm still loving it because it's very close to a high-end brand that we know the only thing that I wish was added to this beauty is interior of the coat it looks undone! I wish Michael Kors added some kind of silky material as a lining for the inside of this Teddy coat but overall I'm wearing it every day and keeps me so warm love it:)
