Wrong item received and didn’t get any response
I never receive this bag that i ordered and i got a pair of shoes instead, I've sent messages 3x in different times and day, including through email that we've been told to report it since from last week, and i havent received any reply from anyone yet so that's why now im leaving my comment here hoping someone will try to help me to fix the issue.

I love this sling pack! It's the perfect size and colour! Great quality leather, and the fact that the French blue is cheaper than the other colours is just icing on the Michael Kors cake.
