Upon bringing it back to the store which is 50 minutes away, they told me I have to ship it back. Terrible communication and when called they said it’s common that PayPal double charges on their website. If it’s so common, why hasn’t it been fixed? Will not be purchasing again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tote bag I love this tote bag. The shape allows for a laptop and the size isn’t too large. It is very comfortable to carry. I tote would be better if it had a pouch on the inside or even a clip to have the option to hang the card holder that came with the tote inside.
