Bad shipping
I am so shock and very disappointed now because of careless. This is the first time i made an online order , guess what i got, a defective item, small damage right beside the yellow lock. I’ve been into Michael Kor several years but now i have to think about it whether i am not or loyal customer. I just got the handbag today after 5 days of waiting. Could not believe that. have to return it tomorrow and get money back.

Beautiful, high-quality bag!
This bag is super cute and very versatile! You can use it to dress up many of your outfits (including casual ones), and the black leathered version is just a classic you must have. The only reason why I gave this bag a four-star rating, however, was because it is not easy to unlock the bag whenever you need to quickly reach for something. It's difficult to lock as well, which makes this otherwise beautiful bag not as functional as you would think.
