Beautiful Coat
This jacket/coat looks just like the picture. Its lined, has a great adjustable belt and is very warm and stylish. I bought the XL on sale but I think a Large would have worked better for me. There is extra room for sweaters underneath. XL is more a size 16.

The worst experience I ever had
I bought this coat online, I was very excited to get it and when I received it, the coat was covered with hairs all over, had a lot of stains and was even not properly packed. I went to store to get a fresh piece and they couldn’t help me. I had to return it. It was a waste of time.
