Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't pay overnight processing I am extremely disappointed with Michael Kors. After placing a large order of seven items and paying an additional $30 for overnight processing, I was informed four days later that one of the key items, a coat, was canceled. This lack of communication and delayed notice is unacceptable, especially for a brand of your reputation. I expected better service and reliability.
