Terrible return policy
The boot itself is nice. It didn’t work for me because of the boot’s wide calf and leather was rather stiff. I returned the boots and that process was terrible!! It took over a week for the boots to arrive to their returns center and now I’m still waiting ( another week later ) for payment to be returned. Customer service was not pleasant and only after I contacted them did I receive an e-mail stating refund is approved. Waiting now for the refund, who knows how long that will take. Seems like purchasing was a breeze however returning the product is a hassle
