Bad experience
I bought this bag about 1 month ago and since have returned it and am waiting too see if I actually get refunded. I wore this bag about 2-3 times before it was ruined by rubbing against my clothing, it then had a very large blue stain on it and as I tried to clean it with Micheal kors leather cleaner it got substantially worse. Very sad as the bag was stunning.

Returning
First, this bag has a beautiful silhouette and it's an amazing color (I bought the pink). That said, the craftmanship is just...off. The flap that closes the purse is crooked and I just can't get past it for a bag at this price point. The flap also has some kind of scratched or glue that you can feel (not see). In the end I'm going to retun it rather than exchange. I dont think the flap is going to wear well over time.
