Poor Plastic bag quality with missing items
Something is really wrong with MK standards for awhile.poor plastic purse not good quality leather Dont trust them for this purse l got The key and leather key tag is missing. They are just doing false advertisement on their website to confuse the customer and send them plastic quality bag with missing items. I tried to reach customer service but no help. They asked me to send a picture the bag l bought and l got then Just said that i see here you are right there are some missing accessories it looks like they have to updates the website. If you want you could keep the bag and in your next purchase you will get 10% off for this mistake. So disappointed me this omg! %10 percent. The key more then $7 l guess right. Good for your business. Great brand great bag great customer service😂😂😂 you deserve if u buy online. Dont trust them they cheat the customer as well as we r stupid.
