No resolution for the order problem!
Ordered these and had to take back to store in Grapevine as they were not large and had a small handle. The guy at the store agreed they were not large but there was nothing he could do. These were supposed to be a birthday gift and Christmas gift and now the store is sold out of the big bags and I am left to find something else last minute. Not a good experience as we have ways bought from Michael Kors at Black Friday and have never had this happen. Guess I was more surprised by the lack of care the manager had for the situation. He could have sold me a couple bigger purses that were 25% off and it would have come within 25.00 extra but he rather just credit back my 297.00 and let me walk without any resolution. Wow,
