Cheap!! Poor Quality!!
Cheap looking. Leather looked like it was faux. The product came with marks I scratched in the leather. Poor quality. I would not recommend. I returned it. My return was received ten business days ago and I still have not been refunded.

The quality of the bag is not good. I usually love Michael kors bags, but this one feels like a soft piece of plastic. I do like the design.
