2nd part of logo is missing!
The bag is great! However, I’m disappointed that it was missing the 2nd part of the logo, especially since I called customer service 2x before making my purchase and was told that the full logo would be included. Very disappointed in MK and their team for this!

Beautiful bag! Perfect size for personal item when traveling as long as it’s not overstuffed. Looks great with almost any color. Love the huge interior pockets one of which has a zip pouch.

Very Dissatisfied Purchase
This by far is the worst unsatisfied purchase from Michael Kors, and I have been buying the products since 2000.
The biggest problem is the tote that’s on the site is not what I received, the second embossed line is missing NEW YORK EST. 1981 and the color is off, closer to a dirty brown.
I called customer service, the representative told me to take pictures and email it in. Im still waiting on a callback or email, nothing yet. I have decided to just return the tote,

Very nice tote but missing the NEW YORK EST.1981
For anyone else missing the EST 1981.....I received my tote over the weekend and it is a very nice quality leather tote like it shows on the website but it was missing some of the word embroidery. Well I called cust service and was told the NEW YORK EST.1981 is their former model and the current new model only says MICHAEL KORS (rep says they will update the picture on website to newer model). Just as an FYI to anyone looking to purchase this tote,otherwise it is still a very nice tote I must say and I would've given it 5 stars if not for the missing embroidery!
