While I love the tote and the color, was disappointed that the tote I received was not like the picture online, it does not have NEW YORK EST. 1981 on it... tried to reach out to customer service with no luck..

Love the bag, quality is great. It reminds me of my Marc Jacobs leather tote, just bigger. I wish it had a big strap accessory though. Other than that. Love it!

Missing Embossing on Brown Bag
Someone posted a comment with the same experience I had. I purchased the black bag, and it was perfect. I ordered the brown bag, and they sent me one without the embossing that was supposed to be there. BUYER BEWARE! As a VERY LOYAL MK shopper, I am HIGHLY disappointed and hope that this is not the way they do business moving forward. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is not only essential in constructing the bag, but also in customer service and shipping.

2nd part of logo is missing!
The bag is great! However, I’m disappointed that it was missing the 2nd part of the logo, especially since I called customer service 2x before making my purchase and was told that the full logo would be included. Very disappointed in MK and their team for this!

Beautiful bag! Perfect size for personal item when traveling as long as it’s not overstuffed. Looks great with almost any color. Love the huge interior pockets one of which has a zip pouch.
