Love the look and size of this bag. The extra strap does not fit since the shoulder strap does not come off (design flaw.) Other than that a perfect bag.

Disappointing Packaging and Delivery
The purse itself is lovely. However, the way it was delivered was extremely disappointing. After waiting over a week, it arrived in cheap packaging, without a proper box, which made it feel like a purchase from a third-party app rather than a reputable brand.
For a brand like Michael Kors, the unboxing experience should reflect the quality of the product. This felt far below the standard I was expecting. I hope they improve their packaging and delivery process in the future to match the premium feel of their products.
