After ordering this wallet with a monogram the first time, I get a call from customer service saying that they shipped my order but forgot to monogram my item. So I sent it back and re-ordered the same item with the monogram. I receive it, and no monogram. So I called customer service and submitted pictures via email like they asked. I just got a email response saying this item is no longer available to be monogrammed. If this is the case, then don’t put it on your website with the monogram option. Won’t be ordering from them any more. Customer service has went downhill over the years.
