Horrible experience
I got the watch and it won’t even turn on when I tried to get help with customer service. I was disconnected several times and then given several different phone numbers to try to get support. I will never buy from this company again.

Battery Life if Poor
The battery in this watch runs down so quickly. I've tried all the suggestions to prevent it and I'm charging it twice a day. Ridiculous.

I love it
Finally I was able to buy my watch and I love it, I've had it for a couple of weeks and the battery doesn't last long but it charges very fast , the Wear OS 3 update made it disconnect and it didn't connect anymore so now I'm using the MK app, so far so good.
