Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute, but .... I really wanted to love this bag but I had to send it back. It is just too stiff. It was hard getting my hand in there to retrieve anything easily. The strap is also stiff and kept rubbing against my neck. Maybe it's just because I'm short (5'0") and the strap doesn't adjust to the length I need it to.
