Not what was expected
When we received the purse, it looked as it was already used. It looked as if the purse had been washed a few times. The straps were not connected. This was the only time we’ve had a bad experience.

Poor packaging no box no dust cover quality not the same
Received my bag. Was thrown on my porch. It was jacked in plastic. No box no dust cover. Indent in front of bag from poor packaging. Very disappointed. I ordered two other bags they haven’t arrived yet let see how they arrive. All three maybe returned if there’s no box or dust cover. Will be my last time ordering the website. Quality is not the same.
