I returned the handbag, but Michael's team refused to accept my return because they found the two tea packages and concluded that the handbag had been used. I want to share this information to clarify my situation. I believe Michael's policy is unfair and traps customers. I hope my comment helps others avoid the same experience. I will also share this information on Twitter to help people avoid being trapped like me."
