Not happy with the size, too big. Also, very stiff material. i owe many Kors purses, none of them are this or ever were this stiff when purchased.

Deceptive Advertising - not cool at all
Rather upset with this bag. I bought it because I already have the large Prescott backpack, which I absolutely love, but doesn't fit my 16" work computer. So, I bought this one because it was advertised with the dimensions 12"W X 17"H X 7"D. I even called customer service to make sure - "oh yeah...should have plenty of room". Well, I'd love to see the ruler they used because it absolutely cannot hold a 16" laptop. As a matter fact, it is the EXACT SAME SIZE as my Large Prescott which 11"W X 15.5H X 6.75"D. If only they would let me upload a picture as proof. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of packing it back up and returning it to UPS. I guess I'll have to keep using my Coach bag - since it really is 13 X 17 X 6...I have the pictures to prove it.
