Web site is useless and worst customer service
Placed an order but got no confirmation, though my credit card got charged. Website wouldn't take my password. When I requested email to reset, it didn't send an email. Chatted with person who found the order and was going to email confirmation but they didn't send an email. Chatted with another person (David). He said there was no order. I told him I talked to someone earlier and there was an order and he said there's no record that I ever chatted with anyone and I need to wait 5-7 business days to get a refund on my credit card. Called and talked to another guy. He found the order, said they were having system problems and I would get an email when the system was fixed. And they didn't send an email. Today I did get confirmation that the order (that does not exist) has shipped.
