Disappointed
I got this purse but in the beautiful color. I have lots of Michael Kors purses and this quality was horrible. The "leather" around the front pockets were easily worn off. Revealing white. Customer service did nothing. The purse was only 2 months old. Luckily I fixed myself with paint. It's hard to tell it was ever made poorly.

Awful customer service representatives
The customer service has been horrible. Each time I call regarding my item which has yet to be delivered. They simply read to me the information that I can see when I look at it online.

Travel Purse
I originally came looking for a purse small enough to comfortably travel with. *Bonus Points: It also matches my luggage set. The only con is I missed out on the matching cosmetic/toiletry case 😭
