Busted features and customer service
I purchased this purse and after only two weeks of light use, the zipper broke. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with a frustrating and unacceptable response. Instead of replacing the defective purse, they only offered me a virtual gift card for the amount I originally paid—no shipping included. To make matters worse, the purse is now more expensive, so they expect me to pay extra plus shipping to get the same item that should have been replaced at no cost. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability for selling a faulty product. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

It works, small nuances 4 star
Yes it is slightly smaller than pictured which is ok for me. However it is a little more spacious than my similar Gucci crossbody so a plus. I can fit my Samsung Note 10+ & Iphone 14 in this one comfortably together as well as a small cardholder, chapstick, key fob and small travel lotion. My earbuds goes in the small zipper pocket and I rarely need the other zipper pocket. I do wish the strap had the name on it, the tan is kind of bland for the dark brown printed bag.
